    Works well especially slathered in lido jelly. I've switched over to 6.0 ET tubes. Works the same (if you don't go too deep) and let's you go right to intubation if you find something spooky

    This tip to use a nasal trumpet as an introducer for nasopharyngoscopy has been clutch! I find a 6 mm diameter trumpet is usually large enough; also important to not insert the trumpet all the way or else you will end up too deep.
