No explicit mention of VTVL or reusability in the article, but the idea is likely to use YF-100K kerolox engines for the first stage. The same engines are to be used for the '921' three-core launcher for crewed launches to deep space. All a bit vague right now.

Is it reusable?
There's no explicit mention of it, but SAST is working on VTVL rockets, e.g. CZ-6X, and seems to resemble a single stick version of a planned three-core reusable launcher, so...

Good, more competition more pressure, more innovation, this is what space needs. It's what ignited car innovation, planes and more. Monopolies fuel only stagnation and resistance to change.

You should avoid using comparisons with Falcon, cause people will think it's just a "stolen" copy... And btw, what is the point of developing this launcher in parallel with the CZ-6A?
