China is planning 3 sea launches of the Long March 11 solid rocket this year. First CZ-11 launch of 2020 will be from Xichang, however, in February, & use a 2.5 m fairing. Just like with every "not"ICBM, it can be launched from anywhere as long as you have a stand to keep it off the ground. Tho there would likely be some ground-track debris issues but it's not like they care.
