Officers are trained to shoot until the threat is gone. 2 or 20...doesn't matter. How do you know it was 10 shots?

Getting shot in the back? And the one shot is the "offender"? When someone retreats, turns away, there is no longer an eminent threat. The officer must be charged with murder.
