Thank you. It’s a slippery slope when you start denying entry to officials (anyone) to a country based on their religious beliefs.

I completely agree with you, but it's not their RELIGIOUS beliefs that this goes after. It's their POLITICAL ones. Now that's not to say that their politics isn't influenced by their religion, but there is a difference.
