I know people are pointing out this is already against the law, however it is about civil lawsuits, not criminal, and I would think it would give the plaintiffs a stronger case and be more clearly labeled a hate crime...

I agree. Calling for an authoritative intervention is racist. People who feel threatened should take matters into their own hands and use whatever means necessary to protect themselves. This should end well for the average citizen. Well done, cowards.

This is moronic. This about people making false police reports like the women in NYC park. SHe wasnt being threatened in any way but knew she could make a false 911 call to her advantage. This is simply a way of deterring false 911 calls so police time isnt wasted.
