Because the rest of the explanation is a continuance of the fumble. It’s not a plan to say, “We’re going to let Capitalism happen” when it comes to healthcare. The notion of “risk pools” is a nicer phrase for “death panels”. John James’s healthcare plan = hopes and prayers.
Its probably because he didn't actually have a plan just ideas and talking points...the shortened video does make him look more like an idiot but the result is the same.
This is extreme desperation in an attempt to cover up a big oopsie by James. It's quite narcissistic and embarrassing.
