Good analogy would be whether the US should let in a member of Pakistan’s Parliment who openly supports Al Qaeda, backs boycotts of the US, and consistently smears the US. I would likely allow their visit, but there is no requirement to do so.

Also, if Israel does decide to let them in, they should absolutely restrict a visit to the Temple Mount. That could easily spark violence and there is no reason that innocent people should be put at risk to allow for a publicity stunt.
