I urge the Supreme Court to consider Texas’s request for permission to file a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania based on numerous voting irregularities in the presidential elections in those states.

Our constitutional form of government is secured by the principle of ‘one person, one vote’ in a free and fair election. Every lawful vote must count, and every illegal vote must not.

TN is actively discussing joining as a plaintiff. The rest of the states have submitted to SCOTUS an official statement of support. They have made their statements implying they will join as plaintiffs if needed. Can Indiana make that stance? Bless you, AG Hill.
