    Nine individuals have been arrested on 136 felonies for allegedly operating a mortgage relief scheme that targeted Californians at risk of losing their homes. The scheme allegedly involved more than 200 homes and resulted in a loss of $6 Million.

    Thanksgiving is a time to come together with loved ones. But this year, we must all do our part to stop the spread of COVID19. This means staying home, avoiding gatherings and wearing a mask. I know it’s difficult, but CA flattened the curve once before-we can do it again.

    We reached a $113 M settlement against Apple for throttling iPhones. Apple withheld info about their batteries that slowed down iPhone performance, all while passing it off as an update. This hurt Californians and made it more difficult for consumers to make informed choices.

    We’ve submitted a letter to the court supporting Chelsea Becker’s bail petition. We believe Ms. Becker was wrongfully charged with murder, and should not be forced to await trial in jail due to the exorbitant bail set in her case.
