    When a state like Indiana sues three charter schools, you know things are bad. State wants to recoup more than $150 million they say was either wrongly obtained or misspent by the schools. Deja vu all over again.

    NEW: Indiana is being stopped by a federal judge from deploying a new law involving a more "onerous" process for collecting teacher union dues. They call the language they'd have to sign unconstitutional compelled speech. This is a big (temporary) win for Indiana teacher unions.
