What an informative, motivating and exhilarating day we had at the conference today. Fantastic to have such a mix of people in the room all working together to tackle really thorny questions so we can get better at supporting YP mental health and wellbeing.

Some of the youth & adult co-leaders are on their way home after a fab day of discussion at the day. Some of their top take aways 👉 some people just need some one to listen, & youth voice is key to everything 1/3

We need to accept young people for who they are, and make sure they have access to lots of local and embedded options for mental health support so they can seek help on their own terms
