1. Ireland’s constitution doesn’t provide a right to “free speech”. It provides for freedom of expression and it is subject to the law, which specifically excludes hate speech. But that’s not relevant here. Gemma broke the terms and conditions of Google’s YouTube service.

It’s not a free speech issue because Google is a provide company providing a service subject to their rules. O’Doherty broke then, was suspended, then again broke the rules trying to side step that suspension and got her account terminated. Her fault.
