When things like this happen, the first thing I think is that whomever found it put it there. Sadly, I'm cynical because like 95 percent of the time that's what happened, lol.
A Target customer found a card in a box of diapers that read “It’s Okay to be White,” and on the reverse side promoted numerous white supremacist groups & sites.
