The pursuit of truth requires a greater burden of evidence and responsibility...which must be explicitly acknowledged. This paper does that, and for that I tip my hat at you

A survey of 4000+ scientists has painted a damning picture of the culture in which they work, suggesting that competitive & hostile environments damage the research. Universities need to do a much better job of selecting and training good mentors.

What a fascinating and thorough study on relational mobility and it’s link to moral decisions.

Argument for reality as an interface has interesting implications for consciousness as experience; such as can we then KNOW dispositional states such as psychosis, depression, etc?

For the pyschotherapist Esther Perel, love is "an active engagement with all kinds of feelings—positive ones and primitive ones and loathsome ones. And it’s often surprising how it can kind of ebb and flow."

Although I agree with a lot (ok, 90%) of this article, I reject their insistence on rejecting replicability based on a 99.9% CI. The 95% CI results are a more compelling case because of its accuracy *yes, I know it’s counterintuitive - 100% CI includes infinity (least accurate)
