Wow @TeamYouTube just shut down our @theh3podcast live stream and gave us a strike for talking about Alex Jones??... What.

100% it was because ypu SHOWED clips, rather than just talking. The clips are probably in some automatic contend ID system that detects it and insta-kills anyone showing it, just like when people re-uploaded clips of Pewds saying the n-word on stream back when.

More like YouTube doesn't have time for context. I mean, sure, you should probably have human reviewers with streams this size but still

With a platform that size, that means that it's either that or a free for all. I know this argument is tired but they are a private company. Very capitalist, yes, but if they want to they can.

Alex Jones brought them and their ads millions of views. This has nothing to do with capitalism. If it did, they would allow him to remain social justice outrage be damned. He wasn’t hurting their revenue in any way and was likely making them money by having a popular channel.

His content was probably demonetized because a lot of companies didn't want to have their ads on his videos. And those companies also have the right to demand their ads taken away. Capitalism goes both ways.
