💧 ACTED works in many of the 29 countries where cholera is present. Our teams conduct WASH activities to help provide safe and drinkable water. In 2021, ACTED supported 6.5 million people through its WASH activities and 26,000 WASH facilities were restored.

🏥🌍 Cholara is back in 29 countries The number of impacted countries is worrying WHO less than 20 countries were affected by the disease in the past 5 years. The current surge in cholera is due to climate change, conflicts, displacement and no access to drinkable water.
