Make the USPS compete in the open market. Stop giving them bailouts. They’re not essential and I’d rather have a private company handling my mail.

Let them charge Amazon full price. Allow them to stop last mile services for UPS and FedEx.

USPS is too busy kissing Amazon’s packAgeSS. I usually get my package the day after it goes to the Columbia SC central processing center. It has been there for 3 days. Many people have been missing packages. They show they are delivered but they just disappear.

As a mail carrier, I have to disagree, that the USPS is not essential. You might not get mail that is of value to you, but many Americans (including businesses) do.
