US: A source close to us has shared that GameStop stores will have (1-5) Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Nintendo Switch systems at launch for walk-in customers. GameStop’s (and GameStop employee’s I personally know) local to me said they would only be getting them in if they had a high order rate - and that getting them in for purchase at launch was not guaranteed.
Best bet was to call local stores and ask. -
Probably best to not elude to all GameStops getting them. High pop metro areas will probably have better luck tho! I can say that the GameStop’s in the DSM, IA area are more than likely not getting spares.
