We know who is hurt the most by these kind of practices. Students with disabilities, especially students of color with disabilities, are subjected to physical restraint and removed from classrooms at a far higher rate than their peers.

ACTION ALERT: For years, senators have been trying to push a bill focused on physical restraint of students. It hasn’t gotten out of committee this year, so this morning a senator is trying to jam part of it through as an amendment.
