Except for USA...Every Civilized Nation has Election Day as a Holiday or Sunday (Muslim world its Thur & Fri as their weekend). Oh wait, I forgot this is ONLY for CIVILIZED countries, unlike the USA which has Vikings and Horn-rimmed people attack the Capitol. My Bad.
