Why? Lack of evidence. It’s an admission that Omaha police crossed a line. Their job was to protect free speech; instead, they silenced it.

Last month, we met with nearly 100 peaceful protesters who had been trapped by Omaha Police, subjected to excessive force, and detained in a jail that is dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak.
