The rationale in Omaha Police's timeline doesn't hold up. There was no vandalism or violence from protesters. Were officers concerned more traffic cones would get knocked over? Does that warrant a mass arrest?

This is common sense. The response to protests about police brutality should not be more police brutality. Arrests carry lasting - sometimes lifelong - consequences.

Well there were a number of protestors willingly saying they wanted to be arrested with everyone else, so there was that element to add to all of the alleged scenarios
