      Evnen says mail-in applications will be mailed to every county in Nebraska. That is in addition to the large counties, like Douglas and Lancaster, which have already announced plans to do that. Drop boxes will also be installed.

      Voters in Nebraska's all-mail voting counties will continue to directly receive ballots. All around, this is a great step toward protecting public health and preserving access to the ballot.
