Let's be clear: this bill - a method ban - is trying to outlaw a standard of care for abortions after about 14 weeks. It also makes it a crime for doctors to use their best medical judgment.
The bottom line is, the decision about whether to keep or end a pregnancy belongs to a woman, and politicians should not be in the business of judging her or interfering with that decision.
