Unfortunately, there is no statewide public tracking of in-school suspension or time-outs (1/2)
and districts track that information differently, or not at all. (2/2)

so goal is: a) methods to keep kids in classroom b) $$ to support staffing & c) standard, state-wide metrics to track info ?
