Nvm WA GOV doesn't assist #DomesticViolence victims w/ their abusive X w/ state requirement of payment of insurance. He can keep the checks, refuse a preferred provider list, and confuse the primary and secondary insurance coverage to collect pymt & you get the debt. @AGOWA
