Chokeholds and neck restraints, tear gassing protestors, and no-knock warrants should be BANNED. There is still much work to be done, but this is a big win for WA today.

ESHB 1054 bans the use of hyperaggressive tools and tactics that result in tragedy for civilians and police officers, escalate the risk of needless violence, destroy property, and undermine individual liberties.
