We urge the senate not to adopt any amendments on this bill.
Currently, amendment 74 was just rejected which would have added unnecessary qualifiers to the “standard of care”.

SSB 5140 is NECESSARY because hospitals across our state are delaying and denying critical access to care for pregnant patients, simply based on a hospital's policies. This bill is critical.
