On four recent occasions SPD deployed excessive and indiscriminate force against protestors in violation of court orders.

They violated these court orders in multiple ways. For example, SPD indiscriminately pepper sprayed and gassed protestors, threw explosives into retreating crowds, and refused to allow protesters to stop moving, even to receive medical care for their injuries.

SPD is using violence as a means of intimidating and silencing protestors from speaking out against the very brutality they are displaying.
