Hey Melissa, everyone has more protection under the new order. The preliminary injunction protects everyone protesting and the order clarifies that police cannot use a riot declaration to get around the injunction.

It is useful to know what you consider protecting protesters. It doesn't look anything like what I consider protection.

But fortunately it is a public document so everyone can read it and draw their own conclusions about that.
