What would decriminalization look like in Washington State? Modify the current RCW to be a violation, similar to traffic infractions? https://www.doh.wa.gov/YouandYourFamily/IllnessandDisease/HIV/Prevention … Current policy has focused on health education outreach. Is there DOH data which supports decriminalization?

What sort of outreach is DOH currently involved with to sex workers? Is there any DOH data on whether decriminalization would help to increase that, or whether a decrease in stigma increases the number of sex workers exposed to HIV? Solid data should drive discussion.
