When does an initially justifiable govern-imposed curfew become unreasonable. What will be @wandavazquezg reasoning for yet another extension of PR’s oppressive opened ended curfew? 4 months will lead to a half year curfew – unacceptable / unconstitutional. @aclu @ColegioSiempre
