@ACLUPR's attempt to argue that the Order violates the rights of persons that may be exempt from the Order instead of just representing normal citizens has delayed any challenge ad infinitum. Could be @ the First Circuit w/ this already, might even have won injunction in USDC.
While @wandavazquezg social distancing Orders today allows able runners and cyclist to do limited exercise, and hundreds to work their way into mega stores, lone persons in need of isolated ocean front fresh air are subject to arrest. Where is the logic? @aclu @AARP

@ACLUPR ask the federal court to open ECF filing to pro se litigants? A pro se litigant can receive ECF access in Rhode Island, at the 1st Circuit, but not in PR.
