"This type of free speech"? I don't know what type of free speech anyone has been prevented from saying.

The order is also in contravention of 47 U.S.C. § 230. Section 230(c)(1)

What portion of the order do you believe violates 47 USC 230(c)(1)?

Can’t hold “anyone who allows transmitting by any means through any social network or means of communication false information with respect to any proclamation or executive order decreeing a state of emergency or disaster or curfew that results in damage to the public treasury”

2 comments: 1) Key word there is "false information". True information is not prohibited. People shouldn't be publishing false information anyhow. 2) 47 USC Sec 230 (c)(1) is directed to another issue or subject matter. It doesn't forbid the portion of the order that you quoted.
