In Lee v. Weisman, 505 U.S. 577 (1992), the Court held that a religious invocation & benediction by a rabbi at a school graduation ceremony violated the Establishment Clause. This situation at the PR Dept. of Ed. seems to be even worse.
PR’s Depart. of Education must be held accountable for unlawful busing of 850 adolescents to Christian churches, where they were encouraged to sign pledges of abstinence. Separation of Church and State is not optional, it’s the law. @aclu
