Per the city’s info officer “In the middle of a council meeting, but yes, I’ve informed the person who helps run this account that any blocking is not in line with our policy and to unblock if anyone was. Thanks”
We've received several reports of @PolicePortland blocking Twitter users. May we remind PPD that government officials can't block users based on their viewpoints. That's just basic First Amendment law.
