I’m glad they did, but I t’s a real shame that it took
@concordcoach so long to do the right thing for their passengers. It will make me think twice about riding them from now on. What else are they dragging their feet on that could harm their passengers?

The wording of their press release worried me, since Border Patrol agents can physically intimidate staff to gain access. But it's a step in the right direction for sure.
