On Tues, @DECorrection announced 471 positive cases of COVID-19 in its facilities, making it clear that the current surge has, as we've have predicted since March, created a crisis for those living & working in our prisons.
We, along with the First State Chapter of the @NationalMedAssn, sent another letter to @JohnCarneyDE & @ClaireCounsel asking them to take urgent measures to mitigate this crisis.
