Proposed legislation for a Wilmington Citizen Complaint Review Board (CCRB) is up for a vote at tomorrow's city council meeting, Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 6:30pm. The CCRB would be able to review civilian complaints against law enforcement officers and conduct investigations, hold hearings, make findings and issue reports to the Mayor of Wilmington, Chief of Police, Wilmington City Council, and the public where appropriate.
