Did you know that the Dept. of Elections only counts ballots returned to the dept. by 8 p.m. on Election Day, no matter when those ballots were put in the mail?

For accessibility to the visually impaired, who do use social media, please add alt-text when tweeting images, especially when the image is the point of the tweet. Twitter allows descriptions up to 1000 characters. I'd like RT an accessible version.
