Hmmm... My read of the law was that they were going to send applications to all registered voters, but this seems to suggest not (they want you to print and mail your own application). Any thoughts?
That’s correct: Dept. of Elections will mail ballot request applications to all registered voters for the upcoming Primary & General Elections. The application on DOE’s website is another avenue to get that form to voters, but it doesn’t replace the automatic mailing process.
