It’s not too late to change course & confront the crisis in our prisons by:
Making testing universally available in ALL DOC facilities;
Providing proper PPE universally; and
Releasing those who can be released with little to no risk to public safety.

P.S. Testing of the staff is/was voluntary - when these are the individuals who bring the virus into the facility. Screening through temperature checks are insufficient.
