Thanks for the good info! Governor Carney’s order permitting the use of absentee voting for all Delawareans through COVID was a good step, but it’s only temporary. We’re advocating for permanent vote by mail in Delaware through HB 175. More info here:https://www.aclu-de.org/en/news/dear-legislators-act-now-secure-november-election …
