Curfews cannot be enacted to thwart free speech. Mayor Christiansen should halt Dover’s curfew & instead focus on transforming policies in his community that are contributing to the harm of Black & Brown people disproportionately. (1/2)pic.twitter.com/Rz7mfvGgfS
