Thanks Einstein. How about career choice? Education? Evidence of discrimination? Something meatier than complaints about outcomes?

How about systemic racism and a society that imprisons PoC at significantly higher rates that leads to a lack of opportunities

Not all people get the chance to go to college, not all have parents with connections, not all have communities that build them up

These problems are complex and require complex solutions. I don't find oversimplifications to be helpful.

Last I checked everyone has the same opportunity to get good grades, go to college, and find a career. The ACLU is just grasping at straws.

Patently false. Lack of funding of schools is lower in Black areas so they lack basics like books, technology, so it's not a level field

Why funding is lower in those schools. Because they didn't see a proper return on education and the "educated".

Because schools are funded by the taxpayer. In lower income areas there are less public dollars actually circulated. Which includes schools.

Systemic racism is the real answer. But with Democratic socialism and shifting away from capitalism can solve that problem.

And don't get me started on how he's for trickle down economics. It's every capitalist's dream so wages won't go up and the rich get richer.
