BREAKING: The Supreme Court is not challenging Gavin Grimm’s victory in lower courts, in his lawsuit over the right to use the restroom in his school.
This is the third time in recent years that SCOTUS has allowed appeals court decisions in support of trans students to remain.

Now will get to see if decides to waste yet more money trying to find some other angle to overturn the ruling in 's favor. Meanwhile, multiple schools across the county still need long overdue repairs & teachers need raises. 🙄

Credit where credit's due, the SCOTUS does a much better job staying non-partisan than we give it credit for lately. With all of the worry over the personalities of the judges they've mostly been staying impartial. The system is working in that part of the government.
