As a private business, @GreyhoundBus has a Fourth Amendment right to deny Border Patrol permission to board and search its buses without probable cause or warrant.
For more than a year, we have been urging @GreyhoundBus to protect its customers from Border Patrol searches, but the company is refusing to issue a policy that would do so.
