Nope. The new rules require a pretty solid bipartisan approval to pass.

Bipartisan group. New law passed last year. Makes it almost impossible to gerrymander.
It’s encouraging to see courts across the country upholding the Constitution and striking down systematic disenfranchisement. But I fear SCOTUS will not be so inclined. Something must be done.
Republicans don't need gerrymandering now. They have hackable voting machines that will change results.
Not everywhere. And in such an open society you need all you can get to keep an unpopular regime in power. Voter suppression, hacking, and gerrymandering.
