Yes. Maine state representative (also is a town police chief) Richard Pickett apparently has a fuzzybrained notion that ALL menstruation is alike: days; heaviness; probably even cramping levels, too. Cleanliness AND health need supplies. Pelvic inflammatory disease can be fatal.
